We are currently running into issue described by CSCuq23003 but the resoltion is missing in details as step 2 in lacking in what exactly to include at the beginning of class path in UCCX_EngineCfg.xml.
@yjean2505: I was able to resolve my issue by making CUCM provide the ringback tone. You may want to enable that on CUCM if you dont have any restriction
