We've been upgrading our 5520s to 8.10. On Monitoring --> Access Points tab, we're no longer seeing the model number. On our older 8.3 WLCs, the model number is visible. Is there some option or something that we need to change to make that visible?
I was able to figure it out. I had used a read-only account to log in to ISE, and it hides a lot of options for RO accounts. Once we used a regular account, we were able to see the appropriate options and made the appropriate changes.
HA is now up. These controllers must show Local Redundancy Port Type: FIBRE by default if the copper connection is down, even if there are no SFP modules.
