5520 WLC GUI: AP Model Not Showing

We've been upgrading our 5520s to 8.10. On Monitoring --> Access Points tab, we're no longer seeing the model number. On our older 8.3 WLCs, the model number is visible. Is there some option or something that we need to change to make that visible?

The model number is there but "incomplete".  Instead of ending with a "k9" it will just end with "k".

This means the AP is still downloading it's firmware.  Once the AP booting up the correct firmware the complete model number will appear.

Like @Leo Laohoo says it definitely shows the model number.
I hope you're using the latest 8.10 release?

And make sure you're using the correct browser - for example known issues with Chrome.  Firefox tends to be better but you might need to use an older version.

It is not there on the home screen, Monitoring --> Access Points. 8.3 shows it, 8.10 does not.

It does show up on the Advanced screen, Wireless tab. It's a less user-friendly page, primarily because you can't sort the results.

Certainly not a browser issue.

You should always include a screen shot as that helps. Make sure you show both… 8.3 and 8.10
