Hi,
I'm having trouble understanding if modifying the Email Alert is supported. I'm looking for a way to modify the alerts like in the Reporting function.
Does anyone know if that's possible?
I'm having issues on a switchport where an 2702I access-point is located. I can see CDP from the AP but no mac-adresses. The AP is powered via PoE from the switch.
The AP does have an IP address but are not visible on the WLC.

I am unable to delete a collector from the Smart Care dashboard, see attached screenshot. How do I delete customers and old devices from the dashboard?
Hi rnan,
Thank you for link. However I am already aware of that configuration guide and have thoroughly read it. My question is really if I'm able to modify the intrusion and malware alerts like in the reporting and report template tool?
I'm able to see an ARP entry for the IP address however it belongs to a different IP. I'm afraid the 'faulty' AP is somehow stuck with the IP.
The 'faulty' AP is at a very remote location and I'm therefore unable to console into the AP.
I've only seen this issue on a single AP.
See attached images.
I'm not able to ping the IP.
From "sh int gi 1/0/17" it shows many unknown protocol drops which is actively increasing. Maybe some bug on the software on AP?
Hi Georg, I've made a user-defined AP group containing the 3 mentioned APs and then configured an alarm policy, see attached image:Hopefully this will fix my issue. Thank you!
