I did try externalcacertificates but mislooked the limit parameter, I increased the limit parameter and my Certificate showed up Thank you for your help.
I think we worked it out!
Deleting all the keys under the below path seem to fix the issue.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\CA\Certificates
Possibly could create different errors, but so far so good.

Did you manage to find a solution? I'm getting the same error. I upgraded to Webex 2.7 from 2.6, users can still join the meeting though. But they have to close the popup.
