its happening on CCM ver 4.1.few phones loose their corporate directory from the ip phone menu.its been happening on/off during the week.It gets fixed by resetting the phone.anyone has any input??thanks

After the call manager was rebooted the outside dial tone for calling long distance 9.1 and the number is taking 9.xx to get a dial tone.before it was ok..you hear the dial tone after 9..any input is appreciated..

there are only 2 RP that matches that...and in both outside dialtone is checked..we have to wait for restarting the CCM service till later..since this is a production box and customers are using the PRI for outside calls..thanks
thanks Rick..actually i found out that if u put PIN on each extention created u can access the CUE VM and be able to record initial greeting...without PIN you have to call the CUE VM from ur own extention..thanks again for the trick though..i will ke...
