Generic Webex URI with host pin embedded?

Is it possible to dial a Webex meeting as a host with the host PIN embedded into the URI?

ie.   123456789.4444@webex.com

Also is there a generic Webex URI that allows you to hit a lobby and enter a Meeting Number?

I do not believe the PIN can be added if calling using a SIP URI. It can be done if just calling via telephone.

For the lobby, the SIP URI is meet@<sitename>.webex.com.

meet@webex.com might be working now as well with the short URI dialing.
