Ah ok, thanks for the clarification. Do you happen to know if that updating the firmware would allow 802.3at for this switch or do I simply need a newer model?

Thanks for all the help Favio, found the initial issue. It was due to DHCP snooping being enabled on the 3850 & not on the 3750!
