I cannot seem to lock the access to the settings. Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong? I lock the phone in Callmanager and then reset the phone but the settings are still "configurable" so I have users that continue to reset the phones accidentall...

Just wanted to add that we are on 4.0(2)a and have had the same issue sporadically for several months. I have tried to open a TAC case on this but it is not consistant and thus difficult to trace on. We are also using alo 7970's
Has anyone running 4.0(2a) seen any issues with Corp. Directory not being available. I also am getting an LDAP not aviailable when trying to access through CCMUSER page. This is all sporadic.
