We are experiencing loss of connection of Barcode devices after migrating wlc AireOS to C9800. I've tried using only 2.4G, disabling FT, disabling Clean Air, changing session time and idle time but it still doesn't work. Please help me. Thanks.

I want to ask if the access point needs a license to join the controller? What if the access point still joins the controller even though it doesn't have a license? It will be disjoined after a while, for example. Thank you for help.
