I rebooted the 3650 and the performance was the same. Within the first few minutes, I had about 5 Chromebooks disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi.

1. The 3650 is on 16.3.11. I updated to this hoping it would resolve it.2. Not sure. Chromebooks are really the only mobile devices that students and staff use now (there are a few Windows laptops floating around, not enough to test with).
