I'm pretty new to wireless, so please forgive my ignorance. I really have two questions:
1. We have 2 types of ap models in our environment, (2702I, and 3602I). They have two radios, a/n/ac and b/g/n. What are the advantages/disadvantages to turning off the latter? I understand that if a device can solely use "b" that it won't be able to connect, but are there any more downsides? And are there any benefits to turning it off? I've monitored for a while, and I see devices only using 11n and 11ac.
2. Also, I can see that we have some connected devices using 802.11n(5) and some using 802.11n(2.4). If I do turn off the radio, will the devices using 802.11n(2.4) cease to connect?

If these wireless clients only have 802.11b radio, yes.
