Hi there,My customer would like to provide some extra coverage in a warehouse environment by using what is known in the consumer and SMB market as WDS, Wireless Distribution System. Is this functionality compatible with current WLAN controller and li...
Dear experts,Researching the subject of using a Cisco 2921 router with an RPS 2300, I came across a table in the 2900 Hardware Installation Guide that I can hardly believe: table 5-3 seems to tell me that in order to back up ONE 2921 with RPS powe...
I came across the cab-sfp-50cm cable for interconnection of 3560 switches, but can't find any reference for the support of this cable on 2960 switches. Does the 2960 support this cable or not?Hans

There simply isn't enough space on the front of a WIC for 2 DB-60 connectors, so Cisco came up with the 'SS' (small scale?) connector.Other than that, you could use either WIC-1T or WIC-2T. Make sure you get the right pair of cables one MT and one FC...
Rolf,Use the port in access mode with a voice vlan. When CDP detects a ip phone, the port will operate in a limited trunk mode that allows only 802.1Q tagged frames on the voice vlan. The port still operates mainly as an access port.Hans van der Poel
