We use the cisco 800 series routers for outside users, i have been told that if the user's ISP is using DSL the can not use the router with the cisco IP phone, only cable works is this true also is it true for satellite as well?
I have two phones one is the president of the company and the other is his assistant. I need to have presidents phone which is ext 116 to ring and be able to answer on the assistants on ext 119. how do i set this up in the cisco call manager
