Can someone clarify whether the IVR function is handled by CUCM or CUBE? I couldn't find a straightforward answer on this.
Additionally, I need to know the required licenses for including IVR and Softphone (Jabber) options
@John Steele what you're saying is we don't need the CUBE for IVR function, right? Also, imagine we freshly deploying a voice solution do we need the CUBE or can we just rely on the CUCM or do we need both ?
