Todays i have tried couple of times upgrading CUCM from 11.5 to CUCM 14 SU2 and failed (stuck) with the below error.
error: file `/refresh_upgrade/isolinux/initrd.img` not found.
CUCM VM crashed. Restored the VM.
Any suggestion on this ple...

I am facing same error message. I was performing upgrade from 11.5 to 14.0 Su2.
I have restored the VM twice and tried upgrade but same error.
