I opened a case with the Support Center and after a few days with testing I received the beta FW (v. 2.9.4.18) and it has been OK sice. (there has been a couple hangups, but a reboot of the AP resolved it)
Maybe the easyest way is to not use the management port and just create the management interface as a subinterface in the ASA, as the others, and manage it via the trunkport...I'll do some research and see what i find.Thanks for your help. /f
