How do I get a report for an extension? I am trying to get a report that shows inbound and outbound calls from an extension.
We have 2 call managers, 2 Unity VM boxes, 2 gateways, and 2 IPCCX servers. How do I check to see if it is load balancing correctly? It seems that CM1 has a MUCH higher load than CM2 and would like to optimize it to evenly distribute the load.
