In fact you need to promote your fresh ise to Primary, then restore previous version backup, then register the other nodes from your cluster.

Just a question, we have 5 nodes: 2 SNS PANs, 3 PSN (1 SNS and 2 VM). We are in 2.7 and go to 3.2
