On DNA, go to  analyze -> analyzerFill in dial digit with the number you are dialing Fill in calling search space with the voicemail port CSSAnd run the analyzer. check for alternate matching patterns.

I will check on CUCM for alternate matching patterns, this could be the cause of the long pause,I would use DNA for that.
