As I thought the config on the primary switch stays but the interface configs are wiped due to port renaming/numbering. Had to repaste all the interface details back into the config using new port numbers
Forgot to mention that routing is not the problem. The firewalls at the DC's need to see a certain source addresses. If we NAT to all one address they will have to change their FW rules.

I got it to work. I totally blew the AP config away and started over and it worked. I guess all of the changes I was making messed things up. I can send you the working configs if you like. Thanks for the help!
