Hello I had the same issue and i think i resolved it by changing the installation folder. Try to put it to your documents or somewhere else. I have now another problem but very similar to yours. When i install it the first time it works.. then when i open it gets stuck at the LOADING image of CCP.... no error like yours: Access to C:\Program Files(x86)\Cisco Systems\CiscoCP\bin\_uiDefaultLoadComplete was denied. Any idea? thx

Hello all My router is CISCO 8803G and i use the 3G as backup in order when my primary internet connectioin is down to be able to use the internet from the 3G provider. Using the Cisco Configuration Proffesional 2.6 i would like to add to my existing firewall the following: When on 3G to re allowed only 1) exchange server 2) 3 specific web pages Can somebody guide me through on how to add these restrictions? thx in advance

Hello i have a router 880G and recently i installed the CPP program at my computer I would like to restrict access of my LAN users to some specific websites like www.facebook.com. and others.... I set up a basic Firewall with a low security option and after i went to -> Web Filter Configuration -> Configure Category Based Filtering. I tried couple of combinations: 1) at Black & White list i added Black list www.facebook.com which i worked but then no other web site was working. 2) at Black & White list i added Black list www.facebook.com and * at white list... but then everything worked.... Can somebody pls tell what i should put and where in order to succed on restrincting domain restriction? thx in advance.

Hello finally after looking at the Cisco website i found out and i installed CISCO CONFIGURATION PROFESSIONAL 2.6 and that did the job. Is a similar program as Software Device Manager which is not support from 880G 3G. thx

Hello i have a cisco router device 880G and i would like to add more security to my firewall by restricting some websites lets say and i find out that i can use the Software Device Manager. I download the software to my computer and there i had 2 options. 1) to install it at the router directly 2) to install it locally. For installing to router it didnt work. Does anybody knows if it is compatible? or which software is compatible and does the same things? Locally it opens a windows where i put the ip of the router and then the iexplorer 9 opens which i have at my laptop, then it says about "nternet explorer restricted this webpage from running scripts or Active x" and if i press the allow blocked contents then another window opens with some code... anybody knows what i have to do? thx in advance.

So I googled "CISCO VPN Client software and error WWAN connections. and I found a lot of articles: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd787668(v=ws.10).aspx#bkmk_cisco https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-14257 and I download a small program from the location http://kasperk.it/cisco/cisco-vpn-client-for-win-7-and-wwan-devicesmobile-broadband-3g4g and it worked !!!! thx

hello again. i wrote to the technical dep. of the mobile operator and they replied with the following message: The problem is located in CISCO VPN Client software, because he can't handle the WWAN connections. Yes, if you use your phone to create a hotspot, the data connection it's handeld by your phone, not by your latop/PC. I verified again both numbers and they are configured properly - they don't have any kind of restrictions. The root cause for these issuses lays in the VPN client software provided by Cisco and not in the Vodafone software/services. pls let me know your opinion thx in advance

Hello Both 224 and 226 are on the same network. I realize that the issue must be from the Mobile provider. there is no other explanation because using any other type of internet connection, i can use the VPN Client to connect to the LAN. Dont know what to say. thx

Hello all i recently acquired a cisco router 880G and i have set it up so my mobile users to enter to my LAN through VPN client. I have a strange case when 2 users with different SIM cards from the same GSM Mobile provider and usign the same profile, one can enter to my LAN through VPN and the other connects to the router but doesnt enter to the LAN. I dont understant why. I connected with the good USB mobile stick and run tracert to www.google.com... Results And after I runned ping to a LAN server With the other USB Mobile stick run tracert to www.google.com and the resutls: but the ping doenst work... any idea why? thx in advance
