Ok I happened to see this post. You will have to change the prefer language setting of your browser. Use Firefox as an example, go to Options -> Content -> Language, then click on the Choose button, and adjust the language preference accordingly.

I am using 11.5.2 and the Advance setting is still there. Apparently the interface is different. What installation file are you using?

I think email is still a better easy way to deal with this situation. But I tend to agree using Broadcast is also an alternative. But you may need to add 1000 users to your contact list. And they might require you to update the IMPS contact list limi...
