SX20 Stuck in Maint. Mode

We have 2 SX20s that having been running for years in the field.  We brought them back to our data center to redeploy, and after doing a factory reset (to reset password), they are both now stuck in maint. mode.  We have done the normal reboots, etc....

UCS Automated Backup

There doesn't seem to be a selection to set the specific day/time for the automated backup feature in UCSM.  When does this backup take place exactly?  Can you change the time in the CLI?Thanks!

I know on most M1 cards you have have any port in any VDC.  On F2 modules, port groups can only be in 1 VDC.  So in other words if port group 1 port is in VDC 1, port 2-4 also have to be in VDC 1.  Is this the same in the F2e module, or can any port ...
