Is there any way to alter the maximum attachment size of emails sent to the finesses email queue from 2MB. We have some users trying to send photos that are more than 2mb in size.

I have been asked by our Informatics team to find out if there is any way they can directly run queries against the UCCX database as opposed to using the intelligence center.
