Hello, we're looking to implement an FTDv as an edge device for our Azure network. Currently our on-prem consists of a physical ASA and an outsourced IPS device (iSensor by Dell Secureworks) that sits in front of the ASA. My question is, are the IPS,...
Hello, we are looking into using the FTDv on the edge of our Azure network. Is the IPS feature-set managed by Cisco? Will the definitions be automatically updated? If not, would it be better to use an ASAv and then purchase a separate virtual applian...
Is Cisco's NGFWv for Azure a capable replacement for an on-prem 5525 ASA? I like the fact that it has IPS/AMP built-in but I'm wondering if it can replace our ASA entirely. I see that it does support AnyConnect, but not sure if it supports site to si...

Thank you!

Hi, thank you. Yes I can ping that address from CUCM, it is directly connected I believe. After looking at 17.17.2.1 NTP configurations it is pointing to our actual NTP server 172.16.1.1 (using an example IP). Is it possible that somehow 17.17.2.1 wa...
Hi Wayne,
When booting up without it being connected to the network, it still tries to detect a network. Basically the same thing as when it is plugged in.
