Has anyone gone thru the use of Prime to rollout/upgrade ios access layer switches en masse ?  What is the procedure or documentation for such ?

Good Morning, I've built new vms for pi2.2 ncs and I am unable to ftp to them.  is there  a startup or service procedure for ftp on a new server ?  The documentation mentions it is enabled as a default.
