When calling into Unity Connection via TUI, we record a new name for recorded name on a voicemail box. We confirm the changes, then hang up. However changes do not take affect and the recorded name is still system default.
Any Ideas?

Question: Where in vShere Client do I set a virtual machine to automaticly turn on in the event of a server reboot? I need CUCM and Unity Connection to automaticly turn on in case of a power outage.
Anyone know if it's possible to get versions of CUCM no longer available for download. I have a CUCM running 7.1.3.33039-1, and would like to get a copy of it's iso image. We no longer have it. From Cisco download site, it is no longer available.
Issue in my situation was because the user was also a "greetings administrator." We removed that role from the users in question and the issue was resolved.
We cannot call IP Phone to IP Phone within the site. Also, no secondary dial tone when pressing 8. I'll need to look into the dial-peer issue you brought up.
