When I try to access the https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam page it now tells me I am pending a legal agreement.It then mentions an electronic signature but provides no information - then the page fails. Then the help link fails.

When logging in it takes me to a setup password page. ( It was done before the upgrade)
It says internet not connected ( incorrect)
Try to go to the settings page but it is blank.
Tried Re-install. No change.
Hi, we have 4 Windows jump-hosts. The tool installed well on 2 of them and not on the other 2. One of them was an upgrade, one a clean install.
It installs fine, but when we run it it pops up a screen momentarily then closes. No errors or records an...

I have done so with no success.Can you not do so from the Cisco end ?Is it not linked to my profile and customer association?I don't understand why you have to keep asking me for cisco's internal information.
