I now get "No available roles to assign to users" when trying to add any role to any users. https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/  
When I try to access the https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam  page it now tells me I am pending a legal agreement.It then mentions an electronic signature but provides no information - then the page fails. Then the help link fails.

When logging in it takes me to a setup password page. ( It was done before the upgrade) It says internet not connected ( incorrect) Try to go to the settings page but it is blank. Tried Re-install. No change.
