HiNot sure if anyone is activly using UCCX 8 yet but i have a question.When trying to access the AgentStateDetail and Resource tables all i get is a permissions error. This is using the uccxwallboard user.You can still access the RT tables as before ...

Hi GuysI had to upgrade to V 8.5.1 now getting no errors at all in the stdout log or the MIVR. just get ringing and then system error message.reactive debug does not work either just times out.Any more ideas?do i have enough debuging on?Mark
