I have tried to register cisco VG224 to CUCM 8.6 like MGCP gateway but it fail to register, any idea why this issue?

I have many 1262N and 1031AG APs. when the client is connected to the AP 1262N the performance is slower than it is connected to AP 1031AG (with more clients) in 2.4GHz. any idea why this behavior.

I have register many C20, one Ex60, two C60 to VCS-C. when i make a Conference using the MCU the SIP cal is encrypted but when i make a point to point SIP call the call was not encrypted?. any idea to fixx this issue.
