Is there a way to tell the historical statistic for maximum number of TCP connections in a WAE? We are in the middle of a deployment and I am wondering how well we sized our HQ cluster.
Restarting NTP did not work for me.
- CUCM/CUC 12.0 & UCCX 11.6 are all experiencing this.
- Same symptoms as others where CLI shows sync with utils ntp status, but CLI and GUI state "NTP server unreachable" when you login.

Thanks Bill - I ended up figuring out the same a few minutes ago. We added a remote site that has it's own CCM cluster and dial plan so we decided to use PT/CSS to keep everything separate. Thanks for the quick reply!
I believe Bill's issue is with the Greetings Admin not finding the call handler he'd like to edit. To be able to access the Greetings Admin you either bury it in an existing call handler and dial that number and select a "silent" option. Or you can...
