Im about to give up on this honestly. Figured I would ask here before I did. Im trying to replace the MOH music with a custom file. It was a .mp3 we converted to a .au file. The file plays fine on my pc etc. When I upload it to the media directory and select it as the MOH option for internal and external calls you get nothign but static when placed on hold etc. Anyone know how to fix this? The file size is about 30mb and the music is about 2.5min in length. Am i just doing something wrong here. I have also tried using a mp3 format as well no go either.
