Hi,sorry i m not longer (since over 1,5 Years) working for the company where i had to implement a sip connection to genesis.Basicly it is a "normal" sip trunk between Cube and Genesys, the challanges are the same like other Cube - Provider connection...

Callmanager 15 Su2 and Expressway 15.2 --> still creates only the Hostname

So far, may you check DNS. in my case due to a wrong DNS resolution, Exwy use external Interface with NAT for Clustering - this is not possible.

i hit the same, get every 15 sec this timeout. I have a dual NIC setup, it only occurs when i have NAT turned on on Ext LAN(CSCwa26266) Exwy Version i 15.0.2
