If i had CUWL license and 10 ip phones, I just buy 1 CUWL license and then associate 10 devices to single user. It would consume only 1 CUWL.

Whoooo i got the answer. It need to configure FQDN on trunk pointing to CMS, CUCM and CMS need to trust each other's certificate. The certificate's CN of CMS should be the same as FQDN.
I configure both incoming and outbound calls and test. I can dial from cucm to cms and vice versa.
It works. But conference bridge is still not registered. Can you guide step-by-step?
