I installed a 3850 switch and it can not activate NTP, TACACS services from external servers and I can not telnet out L2 network. My connection is through routed port. Could you help me?Networking

The problem is that when DHCP is enable, the roaming process need to wait the DHCP Server answer regardless the IP address will change or not. The enable value is recomended to avoid "DHCP man and middle attack" for example, in the guest networks. ...

Is the phone service pointint out to an IP address or name, if name you have to check if the phone is getting an DNS server in the boot proccess.
