IF the PUB is online you can made the change on the SUB, the change will be forwarded to the PUB and it will do the database change, but again that works ONLY if the PUB is online.

I dont know what you want to accomplish, but the solution sounds overkill, you can have two different IPs (NAT) using the same vlan and you dont need to deal with two interfaces on the firewall (just one bounded with in port-channel).

Acabei resolvendo o problema fazendo a substituição das placas DSPs e downgrade da versão dos roteadores para 15.2(2)T4. Fiquei com o problema por 2 meses para a cisco identificar que era um bug conhecido. No final, o que realmente resolveu o problem...
