Thanks for opening the bug. Direct connection to the endpoint from LAN does work fine for me using AgentId or LoginName. Proxy connection to the LoginName endpoint using the LoginName and password as Basic Auth is the one failing.

Finesse 12.5.1 login is now case insensitive. There is no reference in the RN that warns about the change, and the CSCvu46450 is not updated neither.
When was this change introduced?
Seems to be the same problem with different environment (UCCE) and different versions (ES08). Can you please indicate me which ES from the Finesse 12.0(1) should I install in order to have those commands?
