Kindly note,my old Access Point is AIR-CAP1602I-E-K9 with software version: 8.0.121.0and my new Access Point is AIR-AP1832I-E-K9 with software version: 8.1.131.0
i tried and re-add the licenses again to the wlc, and it works, the max count increased, the wlc take the the licenses again, maybe some one of the IT Team accidentally manually removed it.i will monitor the WLC to be sure its not a bug issue.
