thanks to you both. I was also thinking the same thing as to why chance it. There was a difference in pricing. The 3550/3650 vendor is a few $$$ more than the vendor using 3560/3750. Hence the reason for considering the later one.
Harold and Paresh, you both provided good insight. Yes, I wanted to keep it simple to establish a level playing field in suggesting the best label distribution protocol for simply building LSPs -- without considering TE.Thanks you both.Bob
