The options to log out/change credential appear for our other users but just not this one, so I'm guessing if something wasn't configured properly, it wouldn't work for anyone, correct?
We are using the mail attribute to sync the directory URI, but we are using the IM Address Scheme UserID@[Default Domain]. I'm not sure if this would cause the same issue you mentioned.
Not sure what you're getting at here. Regardless of the reason code, the call is ringing either twice to the same agent or to two agents at the same time.
