Recently we built new prime and its running with 3.1 version.
Through CLI we can able to access but GUI (web page ) is not loading.
Version : 3.1.0Build : 3.1.0.0.132

when i tried to ping the destination it is showing TTL expire in transit.
and when i do tracert loop is occurring between the 2 devices...
i have tried with ping -i 255 but no luck.
can any one please suggest me how to troubleshoot the issue...
