Hi, I want to Create a Custom Alert in RTMT that when i have an Error for Example and 503 in a Sip trunk , the RTMT send me an Email. I was tried to find it in the performance tab any " sip call drop by error " o something Similar but i cant find it....

I Tried to Configure in an Android device and it Works Good but just in "Only Phone Services" , if i choose "Cisco Communications Manager 9+" It send me the same Message that Windows. in Windows I dont have this Option
