Does anybody know what the config must be for a Mobile Agent to work in ICM, logging into CAD? I setup the CTI port in CM and still get an extension not configured error meesage from CAD.

It requires 2 CTI ports, one LCP and one RCP. The details are in this guide. Also check to make sure both ports are associated with your ICM JTAPI user in Call Manager.

We are trying to set this up in our lab, so far we have 2 CTI ports configured, LCP & RCP, both of them have the same DN, 5033. (not sure if this is correct?)
On the Device target we have it configured as:
/devtype CiscoPhone /dn 5033 /ext 5033
Anyone know what we are doing wrong?

The LCP and RCP need different DNs. Then the CM device names should be the same except, except one should begin with LCP and the other RCP
