We have clustered CCM 5.1, and sometime some lines become unavailable and give the called fast busy tone. The only bad solution I found is to delete the line from the phone and return it back!!! Is there a good solution for that case???Please advice.
Dear all,I have CUCM6 and everything is working fine except outgoing call.There is at least 15-18 seconds delay when the CUCM place the call to the Voice gateway!!Is there any parameter to alter this time or this is an error??
