Curious if you are seeing Agent ID and First and Last name of the agent in the recording? I have the same setup but only seeing agent extension when I do playback. Names are blank.
I got it working. I would say it does not always work though. Seems like ccx does get confused sometimes on sub directory at least thats my experience.
