Hello, We have upgraded CUPC to Jabber 10.5.5 and users started receiving error: Cannot communicate with the server.Users can still access CUPC but not Jabber.We are using CUCM 8.6 and CUPS 8.6 Please suggest. Thanks,
You must have figured by now. But CLI session gets timed out pretty quickly. You may need to re-enter same credentials.Then it will ask for debug credentials which are by default debug and debug. Then run "reset factory" command.Hope this helps!
We had similar issue in finding all phones with filter "Device Type" when number of rows changed from default 50 to 250. Followed below steps to resolve it:just search all phones with 50 rows with "device name" filterthen change filter to device type...
Try right click on Speaker icon on right bottom corner of your screen and select Sound option. Go to Communications tab and bring radio button to Do Nothing.Test the applications audio.
