Guys! am running ccm 5.0 and want my users to be able to dial numbers from MS outlook contacts,any ideas how i can achieve this ?

I have about 200 users on two CCM 5.0 servers,the directory service keeps on hanging and becomes inaccessible and the service comes back after some time,any ideas as to the cause and remedies ?

when i do a 'show isdn status' i get state as TE_1 ASSIGNED or AWAITING_ESTABLISHMENT ,when i do a show int s0/3/1.15 serial is up,line protocol down,what could be the problem?The telco guys say everything is ok on their end though i dont trust them....
