Hi , I can see some commands missing in your config . Pls try to congiure them and try . Pls change the MTU to 1440as by deafult for TAM its 1440 . Where as i cant see vbr-nrt configured under pVC . you configure your desired B.W e.g :Vbr-nrt ...
